u can spoof it and also on dsl, ips are leased and then they are changed..so yes..also depends on ur ip..but if ya really wana get back at em..no way the can ever block u..n some mods like to go power hungry on their forums...

I think you should find out where she lives and bitch slap her... =P jk. But um... I don't know... try e-mailing the admins or something and ask why you got banned. That, to just make another account, using another comp. lol.
