U also dont have to look good... but ive seen it before... that ugly guys need to put in more effort to get a girl...except if shes ugly too then they will be a good match when it come to looks how come that the only line everyone knows lol...? Yup, wealth & looks are not absolute requirements to landing a girl; however they do help in a huge way. Hot looking guys from a wealthy family or occupation is 50% of the way there to getting the girl; the other 50% being his personality. And ugly poor guy needs to use his personality 100% to get the girl, possible but a lot more time & work.

Is Holland semi socialistic like Canada? I.E. is there a very pervasive welfare system and high taxes on the rich? Or is it more conservative and laissez faire like the US?

I think the Canadian & Dutch system is good for middle & lower income folks because they have awesome benefits & retirement care built in. However, the US system is much better suited for the wealthy because they don't get "penalized" for being rich like they do in Canada....
