i disagree with parts of this. As an enterprise risk manager, you should know that the inverse is also true in that a corporation cannot be passed as Equal Opportunity if it does not employ ethnic minorities and opposite gender. I think the term used in US is "token [RACE]". So, if a corporation does not employ females or ethinic minorities for the equivalent task, then they can also be sued.
The fact of the matter is, this 'equal opportunity employer' bs has nothing to do with hiring decisions. Those who have the power to make hiring decisions do not base their decisions on looks or gender. I see how companies get around the whole 'equal opportunity employer' bs. They can just as well hire a bunch of women as assistants, a bunch of minorities as analysts and keep them at that level for the life of their careers, and they would never get in trouble because they are employing people of different genders and different ethnicities. Before we continue though, do you work? And if so, in what field?
Believe it or not, they do. E.g "you can work remotely from home without having to show up at the office 5 days a week, so you can have more time with your family" + videos of daddy playing sports with his kids, all smiling and having a good time.
well i dunno what a girl would be like so i cant really say. but it seems to be better being a guy seeing as u wouldnt need to give birth and be in pain. so i guess i would like to be a guy as girls bitch too much. i would rather be a dog btw

it would be nice to be a girl just to be able to look down and see boobs whenever u want... but on the otherhand, vaginas are alot of maintainence... i think i prefer manhood.
I am happy being a male. Because I heard being a female is really tough. I hear giving birth is really painful! Lucky i am a male so i dont have to go through that kind of pain
