-nono I guess... But I don't like its Live Strong plastic bracelet-esque look. Not a huge plastic fan, neither for bright colours. And the combination just... ekkk. -what?

Ah, that sounds like the plan!! Bling bling USB bangle :p

Yea.. something as thin/light as the ring usb.. that would be much more appropriate. The usb necklace just seems an overkill for its function

  7. My god...-lol

    The website says the following:
    Memory Stick Earrings

[IMG]Like any sane person (well, no one's managed to successfully section me so far) I'm not entirely convinced by technology jewellery. Some of it is better than others, but the majority of it falls into the latter category. And it's into the category of "others" that this latest bit of technology jewellery surely has to fall. Pretec (makers of those super tiny pink USB keys) has come up with these earring and pendant memory sticks for its latest wheeze. The flash storage devices are the smallest around and the company has cobbled them into jewellery without really bothering to make the front side appealing (hint: try taking the huge Pretec logo off). Still, being able to make my friends impressed by whipping off my earrings to transfer some files does appeal (for "impressed" read "vomit in horror").

lol.. insert into your com.. pluck it out.. wear it.. go school.. remove it, insert into someone else's com.. pluck it out.. wear it.. go home.. get infection.. ear amputated..

    gosh.. what were they thinking?

@thanatosxvi> I think we will just have the chip thing injected in our ear cartilage instead...

Bangle and necklace sounds like a much better idea than the whole earring thing...

But the tiny pink USB key is really cute, I can use it for my cell phone chain thing :D

Looks like there is only one conclusion: Hightech and Jewelry don't mix well ...
