okay say if they stop you for breaking the red light, they will say things like, " Are you blind or stupid, cannot see the light?",then they will ask you how you would want to settle the case meaning...they want money.....Or when you wanna make a police report on something, they will tell you there is no point of making one.....since it's very hard to catch the culprit and this happens before, they have tried but nothing can be done......if the suspect you doing anything, even without evidence and warrant ,they will lock you up and beat the hell out of you.....The whole system here in my place is like that,if you ever read the news here, you will understand....The police are not doing their job, crime rates are now rising, bikers robbing people in broad day light, few cases in same area a day, happens every state. But they only catch those who did peaceful demonstration on certain government issues just because they follow the orders from a very powerful and corrupted party.....please check see this link on below on our new prime minister....this shows the head of our government here and it clearly shows how things are done here in my place...you can also try to search on malaysian police in youtube, you'll know what I mean.....anyway...some links below : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Najib_Tun_Razak http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gz9CSOCA2Tc
another one.....police kills a detainee......these are just a few.....there were alot of cases even when the criminals shouted surrender but the police just shoot at them....just because the criminals are not malays http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkqlvtrrAdA
This kind of people shouldn't get high pay job like that.. irresponsible and put someone's life in danger. I understand why he got angry from hearing the girl using the F word at the beginning but shouldn't hung up the phone like that, he should be fired!!!
I think that is not respectful to speak to a police officer with bad language, but if the officer really wanted to punish that girl, he could have handled the emergency FIRST, then invite that girl over for a "talk." Under dire circumstances, the emergency should always come first and the other non-essential issues later. If I were the girl, I would have apologized and stated my emergency without further aggravating the situation. It's true that if you need help from someone, the last thing you want to do is to make your saviors upset. Her upbringing combined with the police officer's short fuse created this fiasco. I don't care what emergency it is, I still would not have potty mouth because I didn't grow up that way. Though, I would also think the average person might let out some bad words, so that could be unavoidable. Even so, both sides can improve themselves.
