hey, see, youre taking advice from guys too lol not just girls hahaha to hiake: i thought capoeira was a south asian martial art? i saw a documentary on the martial art on tv.
Hm, I'd say walking, jogging, or running, also swimming is your best bet to trim down on all the areas that you mentioned. Crunches only help if you have slight flab and want to tone it up to show muscle definition. It doesn't help to actually lose "belly fat". As mentioned before having a balanced or "healthy" diet as well as keeping in mind what time of day you eat is a good practice. It's true that as you sleep you do lose a small percentage of calories, however if you're a "late-night" snacker or just happen to habitually eat late in the evening or night, then you're carrying those calories over to the next day and those calories will add up. Also keep a little tablet listing what and how much you've eaten and the amount of exercise that you've done for the day, kinda like a food/exercise journal. That'll help you keep track of what you eat and how much of it that you have eaten; that'll also make it easier to set goals in regards to your eating/exercise habits. Um, that's all I can think of lol I hope it helps!
recording diet and exercise worked for me since many times I didn't bother to snack since it's too much trouble to record a snack of chips or such; and when exercising, I exercise longer to make the recording worth while ^^b so I end up eating less and exercising more!
eating just eggs with less oil for breakfast is also a good way to diet. but just dont eat too much, not more than 7 per week... best choice is dont only depend on eating eggs everyday. try a yogurt or sumthing. anyother way to lose fat is exercise! you cannot lose fat or calories w/out exercise. crunches would surely work for your belly.
oh they are new reports that say that calcium in the diet is suppose to help burn the fat that you consume meaning, it wont burn the fat that you already have, but it will help burn the food you ate that day, which may help you not gain as much in the future
i use to be 150 lbs and lost 50 lbs going to the gym 4 times a week and watch what i ate for 3 months try to stay on a 1200 to 1000 calorie diet plan!
if you believe ddr is gona help u lose weight think again. if your so serious about it maybe take those 30mins do some sit ups, crunches, eat a well balance diet meal. no more fast food and candy, junk food... well goodluck and stick wit water and green tea
hmmm. I think it can be done to lose 20 lbs in 4 months,.. exercise , depends on program,, diet, very important, 1 k 1.2 k diet sounds good but depends on height 2 I think. I would research off the net.
I run on the elliptical. You should at least run for 30-45 minutes because the beginning is just to burn off the carb and then it will burn the fat next. Exercising is good because you will drink more water too. Also, try not to over eat after working out because you will feel really hungry. Try having something substantial and healthy. Good luck and remember, everyone has a different body so we all lose weight in a different rate.
uhhhh 3 months is 90 days... so its more like 0.5lb a day anyways my friend DID lose a lb a day for a month... went from 180 to 150 i think... he ate subway with like turkey and mustard for lunch everyday and ran 10 km a day. got like stretch marks and stuff... i so i dont recommend losing weight that fast.
eat more fruits and vegetables and do sit ups. avoid soft drinks and go to the sauna. i lost 5 kilos in 3 months just by avoiding soft drinks and maccas.
