Well, he is a professional actor afterall. He's just trying to make a living. Give him a break; just because he's Harry Potter, he's not allowed to do other movies/plays? So what happens when Harry Potter ends? Or he's older? End of income!
Harry Potter is growing up. He should experience different aspect in stage and in movies. Should give Harry a chance to see how good is his acting. Let him be who he is because he can't stay young for long.
Well I think that its good that he is trying new things and there is nothing wrong with that. Plus he's been getting good reviews for this play.
