lmfao SAMSUNGmobile man.. get the facts straight.. all asian cultures revolved around the chinese culture.. in other words speaking.. hopefully this wont offend any one|| but korean is mostly based on CHINESE.. if you dont believe it.. look at the facts yourself
What??? Korean and Chinese have pretty different culture, the way they dress and eat seems pretty damn different to me <_<
If you talking about song-wise, i Haven't heard too many korean songs that I first heard in chinese. The one that stand out in my mind is Harlem Yu's title track to Meteor Garden
Re: Has Korea Ever Copied The Chinese? My Korean friend always said Chinese copied their songs. I don't know if that's really true.
that's not copying... that's called PURCHASING the rights to remake the song... and i'm sure i have heard of a korean remake of an original David Tao's song... i just forgot which one... n it's a good thing coz when music is made to a different language that means more people can enjoy it
i knw one movie where almost the costumes and fighting were like the chinese. i think its called: musa the warriors??? or something. in asianfinest.com this issue was bought up. Anyway does its matter? i know many chinese in china, hk and tw are into kdramas and the culture, maybe they adire them.
lolz, if u have the original CD then inside the cover there should be a list of the songs and their original composer, if it was copy then it should say"in small print" original by..... no one ever reads this, they only look at the lyrics and knows who sings it. Composers don't get much credits:( One thing i would like to point out is that the song "Superstar" from she was written by Sweetbox, a europe group. Lolz I guess the koreans and the chinese both "copied." If u don't believe me then u can watch the youtube version and in the beggining where they show the song title and credits, there should be "writer and composer- Jade and Geomon from Sweetbox"
i've heard one of the Taiwan's best group singer called SHE and thier song is called 'bu shiang zhang da' means doesn't wants to grow up ..... and TVXQ's Tri-angle is the same ....... now i doesn't know who copied who's song ....... but i think is SHE who copied TVXQ's song ....... i said this is b'cos SHE copied one of Britney's Spears song and sang also .........
bad topic, ppl be argueing. get over it people. p.s i grew up watching chinese movie and stuff and i love korean drama and movie and music and i havent seen any korean stuff copying from chinese yet.
i don't know who copies whom but i do see a lot of songs in both languages. the most obvious one is the song Please tell me why by Freestyle. It has 4 versions: Korean, Korean-Chinese (3 versions).
hmm .. i dnt noe if korean copies chinese, but i know ALOT of asian countries copies korean . But i must admit, Korean does copy Western. =X
In ancient history, countries like Korea, Manchuria, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and all other Asian countries had to pay tribute to China. The countries would send the most beautiful girls to the Chinese emperor so they can maintain good relations with the mainland and hoping for prosperity.
if you are talking about popular music the only one i know if was when a girl group copied Theresa's tian mi mi (the sweet honey song or whatever?) ... i think the group was Durian and the song was I'm still loving you.
