its hard to hv a flat stomach when there are just so many nice yummy food ard lol~ for me, i usually eat 70%-80% full for each meals..take dinner early, no supper if u r serious abt mantaining a flat tummy! go for 15-20 mins brisk walk after those really heavy meals..n detoxify the next day by eating light like tofu, vegs, fruits, yogurt n oats for lunch. i dont do sit ups, bcoz i tried that n after stopping for awhile coz lazy , i felt my tummy gets flabby n even worse than before
