i use colgate and crest...

 

I use only colgate I've been using this stuff for my how life now

 

Whatever is cheaper, I will use. Though it have to be a popular brand.

 

i use colgate maxi fresh or something in the morning and the listerine one at night...

 

I usually use Colgate/Oral-B type of toothpaste since they are the best around in my opinion... haha...

Flouride is bad....
SLS or what is it called? the foaming agent? is bad....!
Get an ionic toothbrush that can removes plague without toothpaste.
