Aiyar, ignore her messages and calls. When you see a message with her name in it, delete without reading. When you see her call, just leave it to ring till it dies down, just silence your phone or it'll get annoying. Save yourself the unnecessary mental stress (and risk of getting high blood pressure, etc). DON"T REPLY HER FOR ANYTHING. Not even to scold her. Give her the impression that you no longer care for her and do not wanna listen to anything she wants to say or explain (from the fact you don't). Maybe after a while, she'll get turned off by how little she means to you and find some other poor male to bug.
I dated this girl for 2 months, but I think it was more of a rebounding kind of deal with her. After a while I broke up with her and she started to send these emails to me and say stuff to mutual friends that we had. Like "I can' sleep at night and I think I'm going to die". Two weeks after the break up she send a nasty email to me and told me that she will forget that she ever met me and I should too. I was back in the city for the Christmas break from college and I saw her walking towards me and she saw me too. I just walked past her and pretend I didn't know her at all. My friend told me she was furious but I was laughing like crazy.

well most guys r like dogs (don't take this the wrong way... i'm not insulting any guys!!! )... dogs pee at the territory and don't like to get invaded... same thing with guys... she tells u how well she's doing with another person... so u feel a little funny not because u still care deeply about her but u feel like ur territory has been invaded... the best thing would b to cut contact completely... don't even read her sms, email etc... don't speak to her at all (phone, in person or even msn)... u'll get over it in no time... if she rocks up ur front door looking all brused n stuff call the police or social worker for her... block her from ur life... this may sound cruel but it's for her own good... that way she can move on quicker as well...
