I'm using kaspersky v.7 too and i don't get pop ups for my uTorrent. And people don't like bitcomet is because at some out in time, i believe bitcomet give u lots of pop up windows and people switch to some other alternative torrent client
thats cos they havent put bitcomet in their allowed list of their security prog, like: spyware terminator, avira antivir, windows firewall, a.o. since its blocked by their sec.prog..you will eventually get a lot of annoying popups >.< while installing bc and ed2k i did get a lot of popup warns..and ive add/allowed everything except the following (spam): - bitcometagent.dll - bitcometbho.dll - emule\crashreport.exe uptill now no other prog has given me better speed then bc =D and usually ppl tend to switch to other bt prog cos they havent managed to set their ports right.. PS..IVE PUT A VISUAL MANUAL ONLINE HOWTO SET YOUR PORTS (FORWARDING) go back to page 1 ohyeah..one thing..i dont have annoying popups anymore =D and my dl speed is around 700~1500kbps and ul max. 110 kbps..no kidding at all..if you just follow my steps from first page..it should work :biggthumpup:
how do u determine if the pc im using is the first one or the second one etc... (this is to find the static ip)
just follow step 1 (of the visual manual at page 1) too determine which static ip you have, do this for both pc ^^ too determine which ip addresses you have for both (or triple )
