uhm, i just bottom/tie the jacket in the middle of it. um, probably a skirt/shorts, and converses? =X and lol, i dont have a bf. and uh, the waistcoat is like.. yeah.. kinda comes with a band in the middle lol mmmm thanks. and idk. loads of people wear it on top. it does look weird. but i'm scared that i might be wearing it wrong if you're meant to wear it on top lol. >_> lol! well, i suck in both hair&body. so clothes it is! ^^;..
lol if theres a strong wind, go for the shorts, but else skirt, and converses beneath makes it very cute, good choice! oops, i must have misread it somewhere =D no worries, we'll get Phil to be your 'Coo Lea'! Phil doesnt mind at all =D if its standard too wear it on top, and you feel comfortable with it, just go for it ^_^V
