A good idea, but for ppl living in Aust with slow internet speeds, it buffers every few seconds and video image freezes while audio plays-out of sync.

Nope, not that I know of.

 

Indeed, if you have a slow internet connection anywhere in the world forget it. I believe people in Asia or close to Asia should have the best connection though. These streams usually originate from Asia.

P.S.: The video/audio for SopCast isn't out of sync anymore for me.

Not that I know of, but check the Download section. For the popular series, someone usually provides a link to a stream.
