It's the traditional size of Internet Forums. 96x96 is the smallest and 100x100. 200x200 is optional. But this forum is allowing any sizes of avatars, no big deal for me though.

my buddy has 15K posts on hondahookup, i linked him here and the first thing he said was that this place is anarchy lol. but i love it, the big avatar is one of the major things that keeps me here. i just cant stand super long sigs... i have a 22" widescreen and avatars really only affect the width, but long sigs make it so i can only fit like one post per page which means alot more scrolling.
