i don't think that if you eat a certain categorie of foods will make you have bad skin. i think it's a matter of cleaning your skin twice a day and hydrate it well. also to drink lots of water. but a lot is hormonal too and what type of skin you have..
spicey food in moderation (preferably not all the oily high cal. ones) is actually good for your digestive and immune system, but too much is not good usually cos spicey means curries etc and tend to be high in fats etc, but it always make me break out in spots!
According to the science, it wont give you spots. But accoridng to the chinese myth It gives you pimples. According to me, it gives pimple if I eat alot of it but when I eat a little it's OK. So everything in moderate in OK.
Big fan of spicy food. but hell, too much is never too good (of anything i guess). Just make sure you hydrate yourself with water (not soda), and eat a well balanced diet. It'll do your skin wonders
i thought spicy food is suppose to be good for your metabolism. increased metabolism helps you to lose weight or something.
i think that is debatable, the losing weight part. but i think i do remember that spicy food promotes spots or something to come out from the skin, but thats only if u eat a lot. once in a while won't do much,
rele, how are they good for the skin and body? maybe for losing weight cos the hotness makes u feel full quite quickly and also it might make u sweat, but not sure about the skin and body bit.
its aight for you just dont eat to much having a small consumption is good for your body and raises your metabolism
It must depend on people. My friend can't stand eating spicy food but she has always spots and it really annoys her !
best way to solve that is to eat more spicy food. that way ur tolerance for it becomes greater. i mean a year ago there was a spicy chicken shop and i thought it was rele spicy but after having a few times, i don't think its that spicy anymore.
