how can i get fatter

    man, are you rubbing fat ppl's faces in it? [j/k]

    you can try high protien (chicken) and carb foods late into the night (post 2200hrs) so the body can't burn it off cos you will zzz, but another way is to eat high protien stuff and then exercise -- sounds dumb but you end up building muscle mass and therefore (some) weight gain

    Trust me, you'll find more than enough information you need.... By the way, gaining weight needs proper diet too. You have to eat and exercise. Eating makes you gain fat and exercise turn those fat into muscle. And if you're those skinny type, you have to eat 6 meals per day <--- shocking o_O... But there are those Body building powder or pills (very healthy... 0.001% side effect) which contain around 600 calories so it can take out 3 meals and all you have to do is eat 3 normal meals and you'll see result in a month =) at least it works for me

    Sorry to disappoint, if your makeup is thin, I think it's difficult to 'become' fat. What you mean is to have 'fat' in the right places. Well, perhaps a visit to the gym will help.

    yes. carbohydrates do too. take alook at your food. are they carbo protein or what? eat those kinda which allows you to store fats.but dun ever give up.

    That's easy. Eat a lot of sweet treats like ice cream, candies, chocolates, cookies, and cheesecakes before you go to sleep. Oh yeah, remember to brush your teeth. You don't want to have nice body but ugly teeth. hehehe

    stuff urself with random food those who are high in calories and is hard to be digest and then take a nap. Chocolates will help.

    Work out to build more muscle and keep eating lots of carbs and protein, like bread and pasta and chicken

    It will easy to get fat. You eat regulary every four hour. Eat many carbohydrate like rice, potato, noodle,milk. Then supplement your food with desert like cake and ice cream. If not working, eat fish oil, it helps my brother a lot to increase his appetite. I hope it helps:D

    why dont u consistently eat a bit more than usual .. and slowly increase it .. You should consult a nutrionist as to what is the safest method to do this

    eat fast food straight for two weeks. thats how my friend got chubby.

    its faster gaining weight, through weight lifting, i fink
    starting hiting the gym, and lift those heavy irons!

    and if u got some extra cash
    buy some of those supplements:
    Whey protien, (they have specific "weight gainer" products of theses)
    Creatine (Gives massive gains in muscle, easily, BUT YOU GOTA WORK OUT)

    OMG!!! u wana gain wen everyone's like going on diet or hving anorexia??neways, think u shud eat more junks n drink loads of coke n MILK! my cousin gained so much weights aft constantly drinkin milk during the day!

    eat stuffs that have lots of carbohydrate like snacks, rice, every kind of pasta, make 6 meals a day, when you go eat any junkie do it in front of the TV or the computer because you end up eating a lot without noticing
