[j/k] you can try high protien (chicken) and carb foods late into the night (post 2200hrs) so the body can't burn it off cos you will zzz, but another way is to eat high protien stuff and then exercise -- sounds dumb but you end up building muscle mass and therefore (some) weight gain

Eating makes you gain fat and exercise turn those fat into muscle. And if you're those skinny type, you have to eat 6 meals per day <--- shocking ... But there are those Body building powder or pills (very healthy... 0.001% side effect) which contain around 600 calories so it can take out 3 meals and all you have to do is eat 3 normal meals and you'll see result in a month =) at least it works for me

It will easy to get fat. You eat regulary every four hour. Eat many carbohydrate like rice, potato, noodle,milk. Then supplement your food with desert like cake and ice cream. If not working, eat fish oil, it helps my brother a lot to increase his appetite. I hope it helps
why dont u consistently eat a bit more than usual .. and slowly increase it .. You should consult a nutrionist as to what is the safest method to do this
