alot of these eat junk food and stuff is not healthy.l Try some creatine for muscle. weight gainer or some extra protien shakes and eat extra carbs. Work out tho so you dont' become a ball.
Yup... what smallrinilady said. Eat more carbs like pasta and bread; anything that has flour in it. Try eating some protein and drink milk. But don't skip on on the fruits and vegetables. You want to have a balanced diet/meal.

like alot of people said! drink weight gainer products! but instead of just becoming "fatter," have you considered working out? bulk up with muscle not unhealthy fat. also eat lots of meat and carbs!
maybe u are just naturally thin other than that i guess u have to eat alot of protein and drink alot of milk -boat
it might be in ur genes that ur thin.. i understand where ur coming from coz my friend has that problem too. shes way too thin but she eats heaps and cant gain a pound.
how can i get fatter? i mean i'm not fat nor thin, just normal and kin a sporty. but who wants to become fatter? i'm used to posts like becoming thinner, but thicker??? thats weird-noclue
What's so weird about that?? There are some people who are too skinny and have trouble putting on weight bcoz of their high metabolism rate and their genes. Just that the percentage of people wanting to lose weight is much higher than the people wanting to put on weight ..
eat till ur stomach can't take no more. eat fat!!! lol, eat junk food like chips, choc etc, also don't excersice jus be a bludgerrr
eat lots of protein, carbs and exercise alot =) then you gain loads of muscles and that weighs more than fat, plus you will look more healthy =)
i always wanna get slim down........really envy those people who'll never get fat whatever they eat...
eat more before you go to bed at night. Eat less during the day so you can have a bigger meal at night.
hmmmmm, i think you should take a long vacation ( means no more working for a whole month), just eat normaly. o yeah, just watch tv of computer every day (no-lifen) and see the result, you will gain weight. dont eat unhealty........ dont eat to much KFc, burger king etc, ofcourse you will gain weight, but it isn't healty --------> lots of cholesterol. ....Or just stay who you are now, why do you think that you are skinny? Do you think that or others??????? mostly It also depends in which country you are living
Wow fishy, 5'5" at 90 pounds!? Damn boy... I think the normal weight for a 5'5" person is about 135/45. Anyway, to the original question, double the calorie intake that a person your height requires everyday and you should gain weight pretty fast.

Buy some "Weight Gaining Supplement".... Each has from ranges (500-800 calories) depend on the brand... You take them 30 mins before you have your meal So bascially it makes it 6 meals a day... (3 meal, 3 supplement) If you don't want to eat supplement then you could eat 6 meals (That's hard) Remeber to train after or else it will just turn into "Fat" which you don't want...
