first of all, you need to love food. you can't be picky. because of your high metabolism (the asian metabolism) you would lose weigh instead of gaining it. go to burger king; they got some delicious whoppers jr. eat 5 whoppers for 5 bucks with 2500 calories total. that's what i do. chipotle is great too. 1200 calories buritto. plus fruits and vegetable = /. and exercise. you MUST exercise. you will surely gain atleast 5 pounds in 1 month.
