all you have to do is accept the fact that you have already lost that person. the reason it bothers you is because you've gotten used to being with that someone and suddenly losing them makes you uncomfortable. you just need to adjust to your new lifestyle and everything will be fine. just go out with your friends or keep yourself busy.
No cries! REVENGE! Mwuahahaha. Depending on how bad the other had break your heart you can return your ex some post-relationship "souvernirs". Was it only a short relationship? Just do the stuff they do in movies; abuse them verbally, chuck their stuff out of the house. Slashing car tires 'n stuff optional. Was it a more serious relationship and the break up involves a third party? Go for the bigger revenge plan a la First Wives Club; make the other lose their money, job and dignity. (remember the bad habits of your partner? Use that against them) -innocent
just try your best to not think about it too much. its really waste of time to think about it day and nite it hurts aswell. find something else that is beneficial to do really. i.e. work hard lol!

haha.. maybe thats what we are all doing... but i think the best way is to get yourself busy with other stuff.. and then after some time.. when you emotions calm down, turn back and reflect. Perhaps you will be able to see everything in a different light.
