How do you get a guy to if he's interested?

But really, I guess he is just hesitant about it, not sure if you are interested and some such. Testing the water. If you like him, just ask him straight up, that clarifies everything

 

just keep talking to him. like at least once a day.
be really flirty.
ask him to go chill or whatever.
and make it kind of obvious, show him that u like him.
so if he backs off, then u know he's not interested.
if he keeps doing it, then keep getting closer!
