christ i wish it was this easy i have to take pills and i still get depressed herm. Well i usualy just find a "happy" place in my head and try to think about something positive because i end up tending to focus on the bad things or worrying about somethign that hasnt happend. writing and being around people helps me too

I realize that I'm not meant to be ecstatically happy all the time & there's times in everybody's lives where they will feel down. Realizing this already makes me feel better when I feel a bit under the weather.

i work out when i get depress and i heard it a book working out releases endorphins which makes people happy
think to the positve side of things...is the key for one bad side to a thing there 9 positives.. know your priorities... don't let things set you back from where you wanna go. Alot of the time.. depression come from a senerio where it's not planned.... ther ea emergency situation.. if you dont' get into there.. you won't be depressed.. sounds alot easier than done.. but if you can think of a way out of everything say a back door ...all depression can be turned into an opportunity. One good method i find is getting it out of your system... talk it over with ppl.. get another perspective of what realli rolling around you.. But ultimately if you think about it...the feeling od depression is a bunch of sensory signals sending signal to the brain and then you brain will tell your body how to react to it....in this situation releasing depression hormones to make you feel like shit.. if you to talk about a scientific approach by changing the chemical in the body you won't have depression. In some fucked up ways when someone breaks your heart.....you won't feel a thing. = ) Bottom line.............everything that makes you depressed is up there.. you got it all.. so take action next time you hit a dead end.
I listen to Wang Lee Hom... and Hou Xian and a little of Nicholas Tse... um. But... then I write it out or I complain it out. Or I go eat! That always is good at times... And then I think... "Hey, someone else out there is living a worst life than mine, some people dont even listen to good music like me... and some people dont even have beds to sleep on..." Then I get better. And I go back to eating and listening to music. Yah...
try to talk about it when i feel depressed a bit. if i dont want to talk about it, i listen to music or daydream to escape reality.. but playing sports really gets me off from it.
I sing songs in other languages. But to really help depression, you need to tell some of ur trusted friends how your feeling. They'll help for sure.
I like to do some running exercise or go to sleep whenever I'm depressed. Listening to music actually don't work for me if it's one of those love songs..the kind of love songs that are sound kind of sad.
a hug. Another thing that helps with depression is talking sh!t on the internet. Nevermind... dont do that. Its freakin annoying.
