That's funny. Kenny's songs calms my rage instead of depression because his voice is so soothing but depression? You exercise to help your brain produce more endorphins so you can become happier.
usuallie whenever i watch tv/anime i forget everything and not depressed anymore but right now i don't think so -_-

Hm.. lets see, cry for a while and then go to bed and sleep/take a nap. When it's not that serious as I need to cry for a while to express myself I listen to music. Crying makes me tired and go to bed which makes me not to think about the _bad_ things/problems. Sometimes eating something sweet like candies. But sleeping is the most effective ways for me. ^^;
A soothing head massage would do the trick and so would accupressure and reflexology. Modern medicines would cure the depression but not the underlyng symptoms as they may be caused by stress,illness, bereavement or lovesick.
ermm... talk to someone?? dunno rly... listen to music?? EDIT: Well for me i dnt rly get depressed -rolleyes and if i do i jus forget about it but usually i jus watch TVB series and that will forget everything!! hehehe -lol
well, i overcome my last bout of depression by facing the problem straight and solved it Kinda proud of myself...hehe
I either go for a drive, or do some major exercises, like run 5 miles & also lift weights. & if what I'm stressing about is over & there's nothing I can do about it, I just try to sleep it off.
