It really depends. But on an average, about 6-7 hrs a day. Sometimes I get 3-4 hrs when I get those insomnia nights ><
I usually get between 6-7 hours of sleep a night. But my sleep schedule is so varied. Some nights I sleep very little and so the next night I am really tired so I sleep more. But on the weekends I like to go out late and only get to sleep a few hours. But it affects me for a couple of nights, guess I am getting old.
mmm most of the time 5-6 hours...depends...if i want to sleep earlier or not though and homework ofcourse
8-10 most of the time although sometimes i get 4 depending on whether or not i have to go to class that day
at least 8...Sometimes do a all nighters for exams!! hahaha...(Rock Star beverage works..for all nighters)
4-6 hours is pretty much enough for me. Honestly, if you're about 18 or so, you can get a nice 5-6 hours and still be extremely energetic. Sleeping too much can cause you to feel weak when you wake up.
i sleep from 6am to 2pm everyday. i dont even think its enough sleep for me cause im always dead tired when i wake up. use to sleep for 12hrs but now cant do that anymore :( got a bad sleeping pattern.
lol fungshui, 3-4hrs sleep everyday for a year? people say getting not enough sleep kinda wrecks your body. i think you should try sleep more
