i would love to say 8 but that hasn't happened for a very long time now...except for the occasionally saturday where i'm like i don't give a crap so i'm going to sleep in. but for all the other nights, between 5-6 seems realistic
I would say about 8 hours. sleep specialist say that to get a good nites rest, you need to sleep 9.5hours a day to insure that you get enough REM sleep.
my skin is always dull when i wake up, dont know if its due to not enough sleep but it brightens up after 40mins. anyone knows why? or is it just my eyes since im not wide awake yet? lol
I get approximately 5-9 hours of sleep, depending on what I did during the day, how tired I am and what is on my mind to do for the next day
