i havent really been sleeping good for the past year. school and work it just doesnt mix. plus i like going out. so i would say about 4 to 5 hours of sleep everyday. eventually itll catch up to me.
I normally only get 6-7 hours of sleep a day. I will try to sleep in sometime, but my body clock just wakes me just right at 6 AM every morning.
during the week i usually get 5-6 hours of sleep per night.. sometimes even less just because i have stage as a student nurse and i have lots of owrk to do.. but then on the week-end i sleep more than 12 hours!
Use to get away with 5-6hrs of sleep, now i try to get 7 hrs exactly - just so my body rhythem constant, and 7 hrs is about average for me.
Hmm for me. My maximum sleep is about 7-8 hours if I sleep any longer than that and I feel so weird >_> like you can't remember what happen from last day or whatever lol.
lol, I think a bunch of people here on PA have noticed I don't sleep well.. that's just recently haha. Usually I sleep about 4-7 hours.
you know what katie if you keep this insomniac lifestyle up and post in the forums instead of msn and shoutbox....you'll be v.i.p. probably within several weeks...and you can be cool like us

my sleep rythme (body clock) is messed up:sleep:, I dont get enough sleep these days. I only sleep for 5 - 6 hours, way too less :(
