when its school time, usually its 5-7 hrs, because i have to wake up early and stuffs, for non school day, i guess most of the time, i sleep up to 8 hrs a day, i dont want to sleep too much, because it makes me more sleepy too, like few days ago, i sleep for 12 hrs, making me even more sleepy the next day *yawn*
lol dammit, this 5 hours sleep every day is starting to kill me , lol im like tired all the time, lol and very very sleepy :P gotta get back normal sleeping habits
i get 6-7, but even when i get more hours of sleep i still feel tired. must be the quality of the sleep thats effecting me.
finally getting like 8 hrs a day now... but i feel worse and more tired >.< and now im getting sick bahhhhh
my normal sleeping habits (i.e. 8-12hrs) have totally disappeared since starting university, it now ranges from 0-7hrs (mostly 2-3hrs when term starts and things get busy) and i generally have to force myself to sleep longer, so i worship the invention of powernaps XD
