i usually sleep around 6 to 7 hours. I just cannot sleep earlier than 11 :30 pm or midnight. Or i will wake up once in the sleep.
According to my family doctor, having enough sleep is very important for cell regeneration to stay young. but if you really need to stay up late for a long time, i found that taking vit b replenishes your energy level fast. but that is only a temp measure.
How many hours of sleep do you guys get every night? On weekends/holidays I would stay up late til 2am or 5am and wake up at 12 in the afternoon. But I always wake up in the middle of my time sleeping.
3-4hrs doesn't matter if there's school or not. I don't have any black eyes though, just can't sleep.
i usually get 5-7 hours of sleep but 9 hours of sleep is what i should get bc i dont get tired throughout the day if i had 9 hours of sleep
5- 6 hours is the norm, even if i'm extra exhausted i'll still sleep that amount. and no matter what time i go to sleep i'll still wake up at the same time every morning.
