i try getting at least 6-7 hrs of slp each day but havent been happening. i usually get 4-5 hrs each day or less
go to bed at 1am, wake up at 6am. Physical training, then work. can't eat breakfast, eat lunch, dinner and midnight chow. But somehow, i feel healthier than when i was back home. *not counting the weekends.
Frankly speaking, i do not have a healthy lifestyle like most of you did. All i do when i wake up is to sit by the computer and do my website. When i suddenly realize that I gain in weight!! I do not have the motivation to go jog or gym. or maybe yes, you can say that i'm lazy. Maybe i just not use to it.
