Anywhere form 5-7 hours of sleep... But lately I have been sleeping earlier so I have been getting at least 8 hours but I still just as tired as getting 5-7 hours so I think I will go back to 5-7 hours of sleep so I can get more of my studying done!
Haha, dunno what college you're in, but here(netherlands) college is a joke. It's not even a joke, it's like pie. Oh and I try to get 8 hours of sleep everyday, but the night before exams, it goes down to around 6...
6-8 hours are enough for me unless I woke up early the previous day and had a busy schedule. My body will tell me that I'm tired and I would retire earlier than normal. I'll be back to normal the following morning.
use to sleep about 4 hrs previously .... mostly due to work ... caused me massive headaches almost everyday on the 5th year onwards ... now i keep to 6-7 hrs sleep ... much better nao.
