i try to get about 8 hours a day as i heard that 8hours is best for your body but i seem to only manage to get about 7hours a day and thats good enough for me i feel
i usually get 6 hrs of sleep during the week due to work, but i try to get 10+ hrs on the weekends, haha
5-6 is normal any more and ur wasting time sleeping =P shouldn't sleep wen u can go do other stuff =) (tho work + uni takes it all up)
7-9 hours sleep is the recommended amount (like skywalka said). Test show that people who slept only 6 hours a day made like 4x more mistakes than people who slept 8 hours per day
i love my sleep personally, like kdotc if i dont sleep at least 8 hours i will be tired at some point the next day.
