A year ago I used to exercise 6 hours a day. But now I go through periods where I will exercise 4 hours a day, everyday or not at all for 4-5 weeks at a time.
i usually exercise 1-2 hours at the gym every otehr day, but it's ineffective if u get bored and don't push urself as hard as u should. that's y i wait till dragonboat season^_^ that's where my workout is!
I run (jog) for about 30-45 mins every other day =P and the days which I'm not running I do very simple strength training exercises for about 30 mins and I do yoga about twice a week... however I think the biggest workout I get is from work >.<
I think its important to eat healthy, less junk food. As for salad @ mcdonalds..don't eat those =p lotta carbs. Also another advice would be to ya eat less in a meal, eat about 80% full. Eat more vegetables, but your on the right track already. 3-4 times a week is good =)
3-4 to times a week is good... but only if each time u work out till u are quite fatigued.... i.e. intense training.... otherwise.... its recommended to do it daily... for ~30-60mins... whether that be just a quick walk or some stairs or anything. Just remember to eat enough the more u work out, the more energy u burn and therefore the more u'll need to eat-chef
hmmm....lesse..... hula-hoop Monday for 20mins. Intense dance/aerobics class Wednesday for 1hour. Intense Badminton Thursday for 3 hours. Sometimes hula hoop when I feel like it lol. gonna pick up Kick Boxing soon too, so another hour. Sadly I put on weight easy, so I have to keep exercising to keep in shape. But...I kinda eat loads hahaha. Family owns a Take Away/Take out restaurant so you go figure hahaha.
I exercise every weekday and play soccer on saturday. Sunday is my dayoff . I think happy18 is right we should exercise at least almost everyday. but if u're lazy. find some way to exercise indirectly. like walking to school or work or maybe play a nintendo Wii.
best fitness u can get is boxing, trust me, try and do 2-3 2minute rounds of bagwork/sparring is like having sum1 stamp a cow brand into ur muscles!!!
I go to the gym once a week and every weekday i walk around 10 mins to work from the bus stop and every other day i go jogging after work for around 15mins and i try not to eat as much junk food and cook more healthy foods like veg and drink water and juice
I never try to over eat and I love sports that is why I don't need to do extra efforts to reduce my weight .
i exercise 7 days a week. i run for about an hour everyday (outdoors on sunny days and indoors on my treadmill when its snowing or raining). then i do 200 sit-ups using a yoga ball after. then i stretch and do some yoga for about 30 min to help with the stretching and relaxing. it really helps to do the stretching and the yoga after especially since i have a bad back and shoulder from playing too much volleyball.
