lol, mm new update on my exercise regeme.... Kick Boxing for one hour Gym/Cardio for one hour Badminton for three hours squats x 20 per night hula hoop when i have the time, for 30 mins. Lol x
thats a lot of exercise u do. too routine for my liking, i'm just i'm bored lets do some exercise person lol.
lol you do this everyday?! Dedication! yeah i go to the gym 3-4 times a week work on cardio, then lift weights
hmm used to hit the gym everynight but... now i only do it every 2 days.. to much to do at school now :/
all that in a day or every other day lol....use to do like 3-4 hours of cardio/workouts a day for 5 days a week for like 3 months....i almost killed myself i guess...over working out is bad....
this is broken up throughout my week.... Monday: Work Tuesday: Kick Boxing Wednesday: Gym/Cardio Thursday: Badminton Friday: Work Saturday: Work Sunday: Day off and things like hula hoop and squats or anything else are done on every other day too.
Well, I started from february this year till now. It's Aeorobics, Step and Spin for me. I like to vary my excersize. But I haven't noticed any change of my shape. My legs are even bigger than before. I reckon it's muscles.
i do yoga once a week for like 2hrs an i walk alot an sit ups every night b4 i sleep but yeh thats about it really... used to do more but no time =/
