I already did my exercises, a lifetime worth of it in just four years. The only physical activity I do nowadays is the left handed beer can lift, and the right handed coffee cup stir.
i do crew, so during season, i just row everyday haha and then i'm suppose to be going to the gym at least twice a wk. off season, just get in like an hr a day. my abs are fairly flat...and muscular arms haha
I try for 3 or 4 times a week but i'm very inconsistent. A mix of cardio and weight training..but cardio is more imortant at the moment.
i usually exercise about 3-4 times a week for at least 2 hours each time... doesn't seem to help me lose weight that way.. but my weight has been quite constant for the past few months.. guess i will need to watch out my diet as well..
i go to gym club 3-4 times per week, i used to go running too but it starts to stress to much my knees so im going to try swimming instead i play basket ball also at least once every week im kinda the sportive type in order to be able to eat good things hahahaha i eat a lot of not healthy stuff thats why i will never get a fat free sexy body ;(
Less than i should. ): i tried to move around as much as I could during the summer. And once school started, we ran on the track everyday during gym. but this marking period, i have health, so i'm getting out of shape. D:
5 day cycles with 4 days of exercise and 1 day rest... I try to keep to that as much as possible. Alot of circuit training.
if i got time, then i can exercise more.... but everyday also work9-10 hours a day... its kinda of tiring....
My school campass is fairly big so i get 4 minutes of exercise every 50 or so minutes from 8 til 3:30 then i catch the bus to the station. Sometimes i walk there so....... yeah..... its not raging mad exercise, but its good enough for me haha
I use to go 5 times a week with 2 off days. I'm having health problems now so I've stopped. I'm planning to start going again next are in a few weeks. I think I was so into working out I gained 10lb in 1 month. I had a lot of weight gainer on my hands ^^;
i go mostly for muscle mass past couple of times i tried creatine along with my regular protein shake and holy shit did it ever make a difference
