around 3-5 days a week, 4 days is the mean since i work out 2-3 body parts per day... and sum cardio and swimmin here and there dancey1
play footy once a week but havent play for a while now cos ppl all gone to hk, so havent done any for agesss. not sure walking up a hill counts lol i do everyday, stupid accomodation in uni is on a hill plus im soo scared going to da gym havent been to one yet
Not at all >< I really should though b/c some of the stuff I eat is very unhealthy for me.. but it's really hard for me to exercise when I am going to school FT & working 2 PT jobs.
sigh very embarrass... not much AT ALL!! Now a days at least I try playing badminton with my friends once a week but even then I sometimes can't make it =(
during the spring/summer I go to the gym twice a day, 5am- weight lifting and 6pm Cardio, this will include one day rest for the week and then repeat the routine, so technically its about 12 times a week. Weight lifting would be for 2 hrs long and Cardio for 1-1 and a half hr. But then during the winter/fall I work out 6 times a week with one day rest and combine weight lifting and Cardio in a 2-3hr session. I'm probably the biggest Asian there and the most consistent. But the black bodybuilders always tend to out lift me ALL THE TIME haha
i believe exercise should be part of your life.. i personally work out 4-6 times a week..and if im not working out i try to do cardio or play sports ... check out www.bodybuilding.com for lots of nutrition and fitness information
yes ideally i would like to exercise as much as what u do but frankly i just don't have the time to do so.
dance (hip hop/street etc) on sundays for about 2 hours.. lol and that's the only exercise i do xD oh and one sit up per day when i get out of bed.
I live a bit away from my uni campus [like its still in campus but i gotta walk 15 minutes to get to class] every other day and I go to aerobics classes every wednesday which are pretty intensive.
I exercise nearly everyday (by walking) because in college, classes are located in different buildings and I need to walk, sometimes 10 minutes, to get to a class. I also walk up the stairs, not taking elevator, when i need to get to a certain floor. I rarely ride the elevator nor ride the university shuttle bus to go around campus. I will walk. That way, I do not have to spend additional time going to some fitness center to exercise. I do it in college.
it's a very simple formula that I follow. Do weight bearing exercise and consume protein every meal. The more lean muscle you have to more chance you have in losing body fat. When I need to put on weight I would consume mainly starchy carbohydrates (rice, potato, yams). When I need to lose weight I reduce my starchy carbohydrates and replace them with hight fibre vegetables (lettuce, choy, celery) then add cardiovascular exercise on top of my weight training. Protein in take stays the same. You will see dramatic results after the first month. 3 months and you will have body fat of around 8%. Hope this helps
