i dont exercise much! have gym couse at school and ride bike all the time when i have time over the summer holiday!
I don't exercise very much at all. I haven't had gym for over 3/4 of a year because I have it during the 4th term of school. I really need to get exercising...
i currently exercse 3 times a week MINimum ii'm doing an intense jumping program for bball its gaurenteed to increase my jumoing vertical hieght by 8-14inches! its called air alert 3
Paingiver: I think that person meant 'bowflex' and it's a home gym. There are tons of stupid commercials for it. I wonder if it really works...
I run five nights a week...like two or three miles. And then I'm walking to all of my classes on a fairly large campus...so yeah. During the summer, where I'm just at home, I run, then ride my bike and do stretches, shower, eat and drink tea. Later on in the afternoon/evening, I'll go on another bike ride...I can't stand just sitting around all day...hehe.
yea all i need is a routine like...an hrs run in the morning and an hrs ddr ( does that count?) at night
I only do it sometimes when I feel like it. Or parents/friends going out to some fresh air then I will suggest them to play badmintion, table-tennis or tennis with me in the park or stalldium...
I watch my weight constantly...I eat very healthy...fruits/veggies/tofu/fish/seafood...I eat breakfast, healthy snacks, lunch, dinner...don't eat too late at night...no late night snacks...I usually walk a lot when it comes to exercising...
I'm at the gym Mon-Fri for about an hour or so. I mostly do weight lifting and strength training. Sometimes I'll do tennis or basketball on the weekends if I have time.
