mon-thurs sometimes when im bored sat and sun go to Y for 1-2 hours -liftings -massive running -swimming -suana -candy * bon bons * -tongue2
i don't really go everyday, it's too tiring. but usually in a week maybe about 4 days. and the 5th day is maybe 3 hrs. it's good for your body and hearts.
75 sit-ups and 20-30 push-ups...but i don't do it everyday cuz i keep spraning my shoulders, legs, and stomach. And it hurts to exercise with the body sore
i try every other day to do some weight training, and anytime in between I do skippin rope or treadmill. But I only do as much as I can be bothered, not really any set amounts
i dont really excercise anymore...becuz there is no more school... in track...run about a mile a day.. in football... lift weights ;] but no more of that...and i dont have weights at home ;O
lol, ever since I quit the swim club, I stopped excersising. There is really one muscle i excersise regularly though... I 'll leave that to your imagination. Not to brag an all, but when I was in the swim club i was excersising an average of 16-18 hours a week. But that was 2 years ago.
loll my daily exercise is going up the stairs in school. just kiddingg xP been getting a lot of exercise since volleyball and hockey team. *sigh*
I use to workout 2-3times a week. Then stopped for 5years due to work and developed a tire round my waist. I've been hitting the gym 5 times a week, doing one hour cardio, 50 sit-ups (+ 50 more leg ups for lower abs) and weight training. This has been going on for two months. I'm getting more defined but the tire is still bloody there!!!! I suppose at my age, diet is more important.
I hardly ever exercise. Last time I've done a decent amount of exercise was when I was in highschool. I should exercise though...
