I don't know why but then I can lose weight more easily during the summmer. I think it is because of the heat. And also during the summer I would eat less and go out more and there are more time for excerise. Right now I don't excerise that much. And I eat more.
4 times a week at school. Sometimes dance/pilates/yoga classes and swimming/skating, both once a week.
I never work out, i'm still jack. I guess i'm gifted lol the only thing i ever so is my abbs, but that doesn't count as exercise because that involves moving ur legs. lol Who here doesn;t work out, but a called jack by ur friends?
i am slacking now but used to be every day of the weekdays ... signed up at the gym so no point wasting the money! weekends are usually rest days unless i am too bored
hardly exercise due to time constraints. Used to be a sprinter, but have since stopped and my legs are getting flabbier. the recommended amount of exercise if about 30 mins of moderate exercise, 7 days a wk. Moderate exercise meaning, something that can at least make you huff and puff
I've been doing so flexabilty and I do Martial Arts, my Morning routeen today- Leg stretches: (don't now the accual names) A: 1 min. both legs B: 1 min. both legs c: 1 min Balance stretch (Hold one leg as close to chest as possible): 1 min. both legs Twist Stretch: 2 min. each side (Legs probly dubbled around bed time) Punches: 280 Kicks: 120 Push ups: 15 (3x25) Sit ups: 30 (needs work)
I swim once a week, play badminton once a week, go to the gym twice a week, so it will be like four times a week. But lately I haven´t had time becuase of work but I will start with it again next week. Need to keep fit
sadly because of school (and laziness) i haven't exercised at all! to lose weight tho, i just consciously watch what i eat. more meals, less food per meal.
I'm currently on a diet too. I'm starting to get lazy again with gym. When I first started my diet, I went to gym like 5-6 days a week, now I only go 3 times a week rofl. I need to motivate myself again. And school starting ... 2moro >.< Don't think I will have much time for exercise =/
