Seriously. Only people that NEED to workout: People with eating disorders. (fu-king fatties) Fat people. (fu-king fatties) Body builders. (Needs more steroids) I'm cut like Bruce Lee in his prime. I have a hella toned @$$ 6 pack. I really don't do anything. But I walk everywhere, though. Serious.

i dont do exercise. but does climbing 3storey stairs counts? exercise makes you lose weight. i want to gain weight. im still 40kg since im 16 :S
I feel bad because I hardly exercise at all these days. I normally start exercising for a bit then stop again
5 days a week... weight lifting, jogging, kung fu, and Yoga are the main things I do... when hanging out w/ friends we go play handball.
used to go to gym...did yoga,aerobics,weight lifting,jogging,swimming.... but now........dun mention..... play dancing mat everyday on my bro's ps2....i know it's outdated but it's gd and a sweaty exercise!
No offence, but I think that's just lazy. Its summer time, you should be outside playing basketball or whatever sports.
