guhh... i signed up for a 3 year concert with a gym. i was determined at first... excited too... but after one month, i stopped going. =( what a waste of money. i dont really exercise, actually i dont. >.<
didn't really do much exercise through 2007, would only do it at school since my school is a sports college. only do 2 hours a week :S and apparently, im 1 of the thinest people in my school XD but since christmas holidays have started, and i just made a newyears resolution. i've been lifting weights everyday, and sit ups. (tyring to get a 6pack, and become stronger ) stop when i get tired, start again when i feel bored XD
damm i am pretty much unfit nowadays >< havent done anything but badminton once a week >< i need to start training again tho as well as running and martial arts!! dammit but for now exams come first so exercise can come another time.... lucky i have fast metabolisms (too fast to be honest) that no matter what i eat i dont gain xD
new years here...I;m going to make another go at it ...haja 5 times a week... year end goal. bench press...220 to 280...about twice my body weight pull ups" 3 sets of 30... dips: with 90 lb chain...or 3 sets of 50 running: 1 hr at 8mph... tough goals ...yea.
i go gym 3 times a week, 20mins cardio 1hr+ weights new year goal seems like a good idea, heres mine for the end of 2008 : hit gym 4 times a week run for 30mins at 14-15kmh bench 180lb be able to touch my toes with my leg straight while standing lol seems approachable =D lets hope so.
^sounds like it. lol. What do you usually do for your abs? I do crunches on a decline bench, leg lift on a flat bench, and I run on the treadmill afterward.
I going to start working out again. Probably 20 minutes 2 days a week and build from there. Hopefully I will get to 30-45 minutes for at least 4 days a week.
im a football player so... mon, wed, fri arms bench about 200 (benching i hate) tues and thur i do leg curls... 320 (max of machine) which is cheap!
i run about half hour...at 7.5mph...then skimachine for about 15 to 30 minutes after it is the abs...wipers, inclines, bicycle crunchs, cruches...short rest cause abs recover fast. meng talking about this reminds me of some guys going to the gym trying to pick up girls,,,doing sissy weights,,,and situps.
wel i dont really do exercise after my secondary scool but im doing yoga rite now as it might realise our bones too
i try to exercise everyday but it ended up only 10 minutes per week.LOL...how many of u is the same as me??haha
i dont exercise at all.. =[ sad to say.. i think i should start... but for some reason... i dont get fat.. i eat alot.. and i stay petite..=/
haha i made new years resolution to go to the gym at least once a week regardless of whether im swamped with work or not. now i find myself going 2-3 times a week gotta prepare for the summertime =) and the girls
went to the gym today, and saw this dude ran 10,5 mph for 20min....i can only do 8.5,,,i;n gonna train harder ...kick his arse...-lol
damn haven't worked out for months again, losing all my muscle weight, didn't get fatter (actually got skinnier)but really weaker...
