Simple lar. Eat more fruits and vegetables. If you lack sellulose you can't shit or you'd do it in discomfort (aka constipation). One key point, don't drink too much milk!! Take your regular one glass in morning and another at night is fine. Too much will give you constipation.

yeah, fiber is the best thing. If you dont have time to get fresh veiggies, the powered fiber supplement works fairly well. Prune juice is also good too. Avoid juices if you can cause they have a lot of sugar and can cause constipation.
or u can make smoothies wich are just pure fruit no sugar , it would taste gr8 and u get a lode of vitamins in you at the same time
