How to avoid constipation?

    Eat more fruits and vegetables. If you lack sellulose you can't shit or you'd do it in discomfort (aka constipation).

    One key point, don't drink too much milk!! Take your regular one glass in morning and another at night is fine. Too much will give you constipation.

    go to a pharmacy and ask. They sell stuff for called metamuel or something like that.

    baked beans, you can actually by a product called "Beano" at the drug store or grocery stores (within the vitamin asle)
    it's just an enzyme that helps digest the stuff that makes you fart early on in the stomach instead of in the intestines (which uses a different process that makes you fart)
    they say put a few drops in a huge pot and it will do the trick, and since it's so little in such a large amount, you can't taste it at all
    and it's natural, so no chemeical pharasuitcal harm
    it's as unhealthy as eating yogurt (with live cultures) except the whole lactaid problem

    that's just flavored fiber that you can mix into water like koolaid
    dude, just eat veggies, it does the same trick, and you get vitamins too at the same time

    Eat a lot of fruit and veggies and try to eat breakfast everyday! :p And also drinking a lot of water will help!

    drink plenty of water. Green veggies and bananas are good for you. Along with that, don't take laxative if you don't have too. If you used it too often, you will end up taking it all the time with an increasing dose over time.

    To avoid constipation it is very important to get fiber in your diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink enough fluids and exercise more.

    since its the summer, i eat watermelon whenever i get the chance, that;ll make you go.

    do exercise regularly

    yeah, fiber is the best thing. If you dont have time to get fresh veiggies, the powered fiber supplement works fairly well. Prune juice is also good too. Avoid juices if you can cause they have a lot of sugar and can cause constipation.

    or u can make smoothies wich are just pure fruit no sugar , it would taste gr8 and u get a lode of vitamins in you at the same time
