yes.. i do agree... must join gym.. eat less meat.. eat more vege and fruits... cut down the carbs as well.. also, try eating grapefruit / yoghurt before u sleep.. it helps with disgestion
a liquid diet will help u lose weight fast. but its also very harsh. so i guess regular exercise, dieting and stuff is the best way out.
for rapid weight lost, the grapefruit diet works, the fiber keeps the stomach full and the heavy concencation of citrate acid and alpha ketoglutarate generate enough ATP to keep the body functioning side effect: diarrhea and gas, do not stay on this diet for more than 8 days
3500 calories is energy but if you don't use all of that energy then it eventually turns to fat. eat every 3 hrs; small portions. drink plenty of water; I heard green tea helps. exercise at least 3x a week. don't eat any less than 1200cal/day. more fruits and veges, mostly foods that existed centuries ago. avoid high-fructose corn syrup, trans-fats , supersizing, and get plenty of sleep. if you don't then you tend to lean towards something sweet for energy.
Practice some self control and stop eating so many snacks. Anyone who can't lose weight is eating too much for the amount of energy they expend. So either eat less or use more energy.
I love rice!=(. lols no wonder I'm so fat. but also if you dont sit right away after each meal and let it digest it would help too.
