Its normal for us to compare ourselves to our peers. But keep in mind that some of us just aren't ready to grow up and start working towards the big bucks. IMHO, I think its better to take things at a pace that you're comfortable with, rather than stress yourself out trying to compete with the guy beside you seeing who will make their first million.
