sorry to hear that but, why don't you just try to stand on your ex point of view and rethink about what you did to make her cheat on you... I think she may have something that hard to say... girls r usually sensitive and want to be protected... even a really strong personality one still wants someone to care about her and love her.. this is how girls are about ... so... you said your gf and your best friend cheated on you... just calm down and think... it's just a moment in life....it is not that serious... get some sleep, forget about those crazy stuff... and start another day (without her) PS: She may not good enough for you .... )
The whole story was meaningless drivel until this part: "The cops came and arrested me..." This means, that whenever you fill out a job application, apply for a security clearance, loan, or anything that requires a level of trust; and they ask you, "Have you ever been arrested...?" Guess what? You just fucked yourself for life. It doesn't really matter if the charges were dropped; the question is, "have you ever been arrested?" which, in this case, is yes. Forever. I hope your having felt "bad ass" was worth it. But honestly, IMHO, if someone has been tapping your shit for the last six months and you're just finding out about it now? LOL... No offense, but you really need to work on paying more attention to the people who are supposedly important in your life. Moreover, whether he disrespected her or not, is inconsequential here insofar as you're concerned; she left with him instead of you now, didn't she? No matter how many ways you may try to sugarcoat it to make yourself feel less of a loser, the bottom line is, you got chumped royally. Getting drunk and or beating people up doesn't change that; my suggestion is to just move on and hope you're luckier with the next one. Good luck to you.
You never should have whooped his ass... its not worth it because the bitch left you. You lucky you don't have a stained record. Let it go
I totally agree... But for some reason people always say that only guys to shit like that, whereby in my friends circle it was always the girl who broke up! It is an unfair world.
I guess you never been pushed so far that you reacted in violence? what the hell would you do if you're girl did that to you? Not everyone is old like you and has the life experiences that you had, especially when I'm 19. I agree, I shouldn't have done what I did, but if read my 1st post, I felt bad about it. Younger people acted differently, I still think what i did was justified. You think I'm loser and oblivious to the whole thing? They were the ones sneaking around and cheating, you think they were just doing out in the open? When someone cheats, they do thing secretly. These were the 2 people I trusted with my life, and when you trust people you would think they won't do these kind of things. In the end it doesn't matter, she did call me up wanting to get back together. I let her say what she wanted say and told her that we should should never each other again. Good news, I already moved on and found someone else.
^ Damn that was fast lol. Most people who were victim to an SO cheating tend to stay away from the game since their trust has been violated, and makes it hard to get back into the game. Anyway, good that you've moved on lol
While you may think my opinion is without any compassionate consideration of your situation, in fact, my opinion hardly even matters. The fact that she did call you up to express her desire to "get back together" hardly matters either. And whether it matters or not that having your name being permanently tagged with an arrest record is also dependent upon your own point of view. IMHO, and it remains just that, that having one's moniker blemished by some enforcement activity is hardly something to crow about (ie feeling bad ass) as it diminishes just about any future professional aspirations that one may have. However, I agree that if that really doesn't matter to you, then good for you. My point is, life isn't always going to be bowl of cherries nor would it always go your way. Like you already surmised, sometimes that curve ball may come from a quarter that you least expect. Ultimately, it's what one does when it knocks one for a loop that determines how, and in which direction one will grow. You're also right in the I'm probably a lot older than you. Having done stupid shit in the past, us "old folks" tend to try to give our years of painful or regrettable experience to those that never had the luxury (or more so, the unfortunate occasion) to learn for themselves. But those lessons can only help if those younger ears listen. My previous benediction still applies; good luck to you, especially with so quickly moving on.
sorry to hear about that man..but the nice thing about you guys is that you can fight it off...can i please borrow your fist just for today?? I want to punch a man so bad..so he would shut the fuck up and stop talking like a fag.
