I buy the headache thing because when my boyfriend and I started dating I used to get a headache if we talked to long, I wanted to talk but could only do it for a while. As a compromise we would chat online and then about an hour before he or I had to go we would talk on the phone.
These is why maximum people found long distance relationship a crap.As you can do any thing, you can talk you can share an emotions every thing but when it come to reality it sucks as you both can fully fill the basic demands of each other. That because long term relationships feels like a formality to do which is totally worthless.
i believe that if you really want it to work out, you'll find ways to make it work. Especially now with things like skype and google video. Some long distance relationships are probably stronger than non-long distance relationships. You definitely have to see each other in person AT LEAST once (but preferably more) a year though... personally i don't think it would be much of a relationship if you didn't have any physical contact.
I was in LDR but I think it work perfectly for me... with webcam, phone and text it helps.... and I going see her 1 years once ~!! it last ~!!!
i had long distance for nearly three years at the end never works out, telephones/ email/ wecame never be the same. if you love that person why don't you move over?
If my girlfriend goes to school far distance, ill buy plane tickets and visit her. Because I wanted to see her and I missed her so much.
one of the factor could be hkg... i am in longD since july 2008, still working out, shes coming back in june 2011 when both parties are working, the time flies and won't feel as bad, if one party is not working, problems will arise and start thinking off track...
