Interesting Situation... What should I do?

Discussion in 'Love and Relationships' started by zero_c, Jul 23, 2007.

  1. you know... i find rumors like these humorous, especially if the rumor is false lol

and if she was hot, and has a bf, these would even be funnier..

but of course, if someone takes it too seriously, and the bf gets pissed, thats when things change.. but if people take things lightly, its hilarious lol

The best thing you could do is to book another room in order to avoid unnecessary problems from surfacing like "being the 3rd party"? And seriously, you do not know the real intention of your co-worker =)

Ignore her too. Don't think she's worth your attention anyway. It proves only she has a fickle character and if she likes it she probably can ruin your career too by spreading rumours about you. Concentrate on the business meeting and chill out with the other collegues after work.

imo i think you're readin into this too much and thats usually a common mistake guys usually make. Its probably nothing and she is taking this as a strict business sense.

If however she wants to get freaky with you in the hotel room then i suggest you back off since she has a bf.

One thing i would like to know is...Is she hot?

Excuse me, girls don't usually share a room with a male colleague on a strict business sense. <_<
I am surprised that zero_c's boss even suggested that.
It's definitely not a good idea to share a room with a female colleague, it will encourage rumors, etc. If you want to maintain a professional image, don't share the room with her.

And since she's ignoring you, do the same. She sounds like a very immature and childish girl, especially since she's already got a bf, and now she's sulking coz you don't want to share a room with her? -ann

The boss said that to everyone in a meeting, didn't say it directly to anyone.

Even then, try find another male co-worker you can share a room with, don't think the boss will object if you prefer not to share a room with a female co-worker?

You are not tempted to share the room with her rite? Seriously, from what you've been telling, she doesnt sound like the type that you should getting yourself involved with unless you want to hurt yourself.

Agreed. Wisest and surest way to prevent rumors and headaches in the future.

was she trying to 'electrify' you? clearly she is trying to find a bf substitute for weekdays and back to her bf on weekends...i say you should stay away from her as much as you can...that's only my opinion though lol...

ya....well as many have said...if you know she has someone just let it be...let her go....and treat her normal....if she tries to come on to you...then resist and leave the room, just hope she wont sabotage you.....

plus one room for 2 is much cheaper lol...

The conference is in mid-august, so it'll be another 2 weeks. I already told her I booked another room already. It has been 4 days since I told her. We haven't talk aside from the "hello" and "bye". We had a meeting this morning and co-worker asked me after the meeting if anything was wrong cause we're not doing the usually bickering. I think more people are noticing that we aren't talking......very awkward.
