LOL. If this is an issue, then you probably should be talking to him about it. But most guys are like that. The only real way to deal with it, is to retaliate a bit by holding back on something he wants. Stop calling him, or hanging out with him, until he decides to smarten up. Otherwise dump his sorry ass.

talk to him. or pretend to be mad so he would care more about you. if he doesnt care, then break up with him (if you wish).
maybe he thought he was meeting his other girlfriend jk.... haha... how often does he do it and does he have a good reason for doing it..... if he had an emergency then thats understandable...
