    However, I've stopped torrenting for at least a year. Kinda hard to when they throttle everything to a crawl.

    This was a while back though. Like 3-4 years ago?

    Now whenever i download, i always search for direct links before i really need to torrent. I get shit speeds from torrent

    never had a problem with torrents..... it was a lot faster to torrent than to go through wait times..... i can grab anime episodes in under 3 minutes (ie. naruto 720p versions)

    That's only if the torrents new. I usually grab my anime off mIRC.

    THe isp provider agree so people can d/l less and use less bandwidth.
