Jolin is not a pretty girl...i said that 5 years ago when she first came out....she might be kind of sexy because the clothes she wears + gymnastic split dancing moves she does on stage....you can find ALOT of pictures where jolin doesn't look good... she is not a photogenic person.
Its not that Jolin is not a photogenic person, its just that she is not pretty. Everytime I hear someone say that Jolin is hot, I would laugh.
