Actually.. after watching quite a few korean movies.. I dun think they are selling sex. There are only a handful that really revolve around the topic of sex with explicit sex scenes. But even when they do, their focus is usually not about the sex itself, but usually sth more meaningful. And the fact is, most of these subject matters were sort of taboo in Korea only until recent years. Hence, the movies are just trying to explore these subjects and address them in the context of Korea.
